Portfolio

Real campaigns, real systems, real numbers.

Three projects I ran end to end, with screenshots pulled straight from the actual boards, calendars, and workflows behind them. Nothing on this page is a mockup built to look good here.

Email marketing and launch operations, retainer

A year-round email programme where two campaigns can never collide

A retainer running a monthly newsletter, recurring paid masterclasses, and multi-week product launches on the same list at the same time. My job was making sure no subscriber ever got two campaigns in one day, every asset existed before it was needed, and what happened after each send got measured instead of guessed at.

The live email send calendar for one month, showing each email's publish date, theme, and its delivery, open, and click numbers
The send calendar for a single month. Every email carried its own theme, publish date, and delivery, open, and click numbers, so the next month's brief was written from evidence rather than instinct.

What I owned, week to week

  • Monthly newsletter theme, brief, and sending cadence
  • Launch calendars sequenced so no promotional email lands on top of the newsletter
  • Waitlist open, waitlist close, cart open, cart close
  • List segmentation, tagging, and re-segmentation based on how people actually engage
  • Email, SMS, and social copy briefed, reviewed, and scheduled a week ahead
  • Landing page and link QA before anything goes out
  • Live dashboards tracking registrations, engagement, and bonus eligibility
  • Zoom links, calendar invites, and reminder sequences for every masterclass
  • Co-hosting the masterclass live: Q&A, engagement, and dropping links on cue
  • Follow-up sequences segmented by what each attendee did during the session
  • Paid ad coordination, monitoring, and reporting against cost per registration
  • Managing the copywriter, designer, and video editor against the launch date
  • Coordinating the sales team's LinkedIn outreach around each campaign

Situation

One list receiving a monthly newsletter, recurring paid masterclasses, and multi-week launches, with nothing stopping two campaigns from hitting the same person on the same day.

Task

Own the entire calendar end to end so sends never collide, every asset is ready before it's needed, and each campaign is measured well enough to improve the next one.

Action

Built one master send calendar with per-email metrics, a hard seven-day asset deadline, engagement-based segmentation, and a live dashboard for every launch and masterclass.

Result

A 47% average open rate, nine sends a month delivered without a collision, and masterclass registrations at $12.63 each, with 69% of attendees staying through to the pitch.

Marketing performance operations

Coordinating campaigns across three paid channels at once

End to end delivery management for a founder led marketing team running lead generation, traffic, and sales campaigns across Meta and Google Ads at the same time.

The ClickUp board behind the programme, grouped by risk level so the riskiest launches sat at the top.

Situation

Multiple campaigns running in parallel, each with different goals, platforms, and people involved.

Task

Keep every launch on time, keep goals aligned, and give clear visibility into progress, budget, and risk.

Action

Built and ran a ClickUp system covering intake, creative coordination, platform setup, and launch.

Result

95% of campaigns launched on time, with an 18% improvement in cost efficiency across channels.

Black Friday email campaign

Zero room for error during the busiest week of the year

A time bound, high pressure Black Friday promotional push through the email channel, with segmented sends on strict deadlines and no margin for mistakes.

The actual cross-team workflow used to run this campaign
The cross-team workflow used to run the campaign, from brief to send.

Situation

Several promotional emails, segmented audiences, and hard send deadlines during peak sales season.

Task

Coordinate content, approvals, scheduling, and execution so every email went out accurately and on time.

Action

Mapped and ran the workflow across the head of marketing, copywriter, designer, and email lead.

Result

99.8% send accuracy, 97% on time delivery, and $12,010 in sales driven by the campaign.
