Creative Projects & Operations Manager
I run your campaigns, launches and creative production, and fix the workflows, SOPs and systems underneath them, so projects ship on time without anyone chasing.
Not sure what's broken? Take the free operations assessment I built.
Five years running projects and operations for agency and founder-led teams in the US and UK. Every number comes from a case study on the portfolio page.
What it looks like when delivery runs on memory
Status lives in people's heads, so someone has to go and collect it.
Nobody knows which version is approved, or who was meant to approve it.
The slip was visible weeks ago, but nothing flagged it.
When they're out, the work stops, and new hires learn by asking.
Every one of these is a systems problem, not a people problem. That's the part I fix.
Why I do this work
Creative teams usually know exactly what to make. What they need is someone holding everything around it.
I started out at startups, where I kept ending up as the person who wrote the SOPs, built the ClickUp workspace and set up a progress app so clients could see where their work was without having to ask. It took me a while to notice I had been doing project and operations work all along, so I made it the job.
Now I run campaigns, launches and creative production for marketing and creative teams, and build the operations underneath them, so delivery stops depending on one person remembering everything.
I also built Mayim Ops, an operations diagnostic for agencies, so teams can see where their own delivery is breaking before they talk to anyone.
Two sides of the same job. Most teams need both.
The systems your team runs on, built so they keep working when you're busy, away, or twice the size.
The day-to-day running of client work, from brief to launch, with one person owning the plan.
Missing a specialist? I'll find a designer, writer, media buyer or developer who fits your budget and scope, then manage them inside the same system as everyone else.
Monthly retainers. Same service at every tier, you choose the days.
I work on retainers, not hourly. Every client gets operations and project management together, whether they book me three days a week or five. The only thing that changes is how much of my week belongs to you.
For a team running one or two active workstreams that needs someone owning delivery, not just tracking it.
Book a callFor agencies running several campaigns at once, where launches overlap and someone has to hold the whole calendar.
Book a callFor teams that want delivery and operations fully off their plate, including building the system it all runs on.
Book a callSomething outside the retainer? Podcast booking and research, social media production, and email marketing programmes are scoped and quoted separately, so they never quietly absorb the retainer.
One-off or ad-hoc work is $65 per hour, in blocks of ten hours minimum, scheduled around retainer clients.
Retainers run on a three month minimum. Not sure which tier fits? That is exactly what the call is for.

Yours. I work to your team's hours, whether you're in the US, the UK or anywhere else, so standups, client calls and launch days happen on your clock.
Yes. Some teams only need their systems fixed, others only need someone running delivery. A retainer covers both, and a one-off block of hours works well for setup-only operations work.
No. If your team already runs on Asana, Notion, Trello, Jira or Airtable, I work in that. If you don't have a system yet, or the one you have isn't working, I'll build one in ClickUp.
In week one I get access to everything and learn how work moves today: your live projects, your clients, and who owns what. In week two I set up or fix the system and take over the day-to-day. By the end of the month, status updates, approvals and reporting run on a schedule instead of on reminders.
The first month goes into learning your clients and setting things up properly. The difference shows in months two and three, when launches go out without anyone chasing them. Judging it on month one alone wouldn't be fair to either of us.
Yes. One-off work like a ClickUp build, a workspace cleanup, or SOPs for a single process is $65 an hour, in blocks of ten hours. It's a good way to see how I work before committing to a retainer.
Every engagement starts with a short contract covering scope, days and notice. Retainers are invoiced monthly, at the start of each month.
Creative and marketing agencies, and founder-led teams running campaigns across several channels at once. It's the best fit when the work itself is good, but delivery depends on one person remembering everything.
A 30 minute call is enough to tell whether I'm the right fit for where your team is right now.
